Security Installed on Listed Farmhouse

Vacant property isn’t exclusive to urban areas.

Homes in rural locations are at high risk of theft when unattended.

We were called to install security at a vacant farmhouse in Lancashire, where the client was worried about squatters and unauthorised access.

Having initially considered one of our self-monitored solutions, we advised the client a monitored setup with rapid response would be the best solution.

Why?

The rural nature of the property means, even with a monitored system, it could take up to 30 minutes to get there.

So, by ensuring there’s always someone watching, you can guarantee you’ll get the fastest possible response time.

With the tenant moving out on Sunday, our rural alarm team was on site on Friday to install our Ultra I-HD alarm system.

The farmhouse and barn are Grade II listed buildings, so extra care was taken to ensure the stonework was undamaged.

There’s no property we can’t install security on.
