Statutory testing – What is required when I re-let my vacant property?

Statutory testing or Landlords Safety Tests may include GasSafe, Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR), Legionella testing and PAT testing. Exact requirements and frequency will depend upon the property and the date of its last test, however, these tests are best completed whilst the property is secured and before re-let so that unrestricted access is available.
