Image – How does image capture alarm verification work?

When installed externally, intruder detection PIRs can be triggered by wildlife such as pigeons, seagulls, foxes etc as well as the movement of foliage etc. Advanced systems like Ultra-I HD take a series of high-definition images of the cause of the activation which are sent to the monitoring centre. The ARC can then only instruct a fast response team to attend the site if the activation was caused by a trespasser so reducing expensive false alarms. These HD images can be forwarded to the police and can capture vehicle registration details etc.
