Advanced Rental – Why is Advanced Rental different from hire?

As it’s often impossible to forecast how long a property is going to be vacant, and so how long security is required, then a one-off payment may be more cost-effective than ongoing hire. Advanced Rental is a one-off payment for the supply and installation of anti-vandal security sheets and temporary steel Sitex doors. These systems can remain in place as long as required with no time limit. However, when they are no longer required – ie the property is sold or to be demolished etc – then Secure Empty Property will remove them free of charge. A standard hire agreement with payments on a daily rental basis may be more expensive if required for more than 4-5 months.
