We wanted to take this opportunity to wish Gareth our Operations Manager much thanks for being part of SEP literally since day one. Gareth started with us in May 2012 as a security installer he had faith I remember interviewing him in an empty warehouse unit before even our first security products, vehicles arrived or completed our branding.
His relatives advised him against starting with a company with no track record and leaving an established position at another security company but he saw my vision and wanted to be part of it.
As we got more established we started to employ more people and moved to our current offices and depot in 2015. Gareth has always been a doer and worked the hours needed to get the job done sometimes taking calls late at night or at the weekend and a ‘I can do positive attitude’ that’s why Gareth has progressed right through the business over a ten year period he has the all important Spark we like to look for.
Life has changed now with a family and three children
Management is not for everyone but with training and mentoring along the way Gareth has turned out a great success. Cheers Gareth with the best English Sparkling ‘Champagne Magnum ‘not really allowed to call it Champagne in the UK’ and a contribution to a holiday for the family later in the year.
